Privacy Policy

This site is operated by Redwood Digital. It is a lead referral service: we are not a contractor, we do not carry out any work, and we pass the details you send us to an independent local contractor who pays us to receive them. This page sets out exactly what we collect, who receives it, and what you can ask us to do about it.

Who we are

Cleveland Flatwork Co is a trading name used by Redwood Digital for this website. Contact us at hello@clevelandconcreteco.com.

What we collect

When you submit the quote form: your name, phone number, email address if you give one, the city or neighborhood of the property, the scope and timeline you select, and anything you write in the message field.

When you call the number on this site: your caller ID, the date, time and length of the call. If you leave a voicemail we also keep an audio recording of that message and an automated written transcript of it. The number shown on this site is a tracking number that routes to voicemail.

Automatically: standard server logs kept by our hosting provider, including IP address, browser type and pages requested.

We do not use cookies, advertising pixels, or analytics scripts on this site, so there is nothing here to opt out of.

Who receives it, and why we are paid

We pass the information you send us to one independent local contractor so they can contact you and quote the work. That contractor pays Redwood Digital a fee for access to inquiries from this site. Because that is a disclosure of personal information for valuable consideration, some laws may treat it as a sale of personal information. The California Consumer Privacy Act is one, and we describe it that way rather than rely on a narrower reading.

We do not sell or pass your details to anyone else, we do not supply them to data brokers or advertising networks, and we do not send you marketing of our own.

The contractor who receives your inquiry is an independent business. Once they hold your details they are the controller of that copy and their own privacy practices apply, not ours.

The services we use

Netlify hosts the site and processes form submissions. Twilio provides the phone number and records and transcribes voicemail. Slack delivers inquiry notifications to us. Inquiry records are stored on a private server we control. Each provider processes data on our behalf under its own security and privacy obligations.

How long we keep it

Inquiry records, call recordings and transcripts are kept for up to 24 months so we can answer questions about an inquiry and measure whether the service works, then deleted. Ask us sooner and we will delete them sooner.

Your choices

Write to hello@clevelandconcreteco.com and you can ask us to: tell you what we hold about you, correct it, delete it, send you a copy, or stop passing your details to a contractor. We will respond within 30 days and we will not treat you differently for asking.

If you are a California resident, you have the right to know what personal information we collect and disclose, the right to delete it, the right to correct it, and the right to opt out of its sale or sharing. Use the same email address and write "Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information" in the subject line. You may use an authorised agent, and we do not knowingly sell the personal information of anyone under 16.

Children

This site is meant for adults arranging work on a property. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13.

Changes

If we change how we handle your information we will update this page and the date above.
